	McLaren Health Plan McLaren Health Plan and McLaren Health Advantage providers
	Physicians Health Plan of Mid-Michigan Physicians Health Plan of Mid-Michigan group panel providers
	Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan We have providers for PPO, POS and HMO plans. Please check your benefits for mental health/substance abuse treatment.
	MHN MHN (a Health Net company) is a leading national provider of managed behavioral health care and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
	United Behavioral Health Many of our therapists are United Behavioral Health providers.
	Cigna Behavioral Health Philip Gamber is a provider for Cigna Behavioral Health.
	Medicare Many of our therapists are Medicare providers.
	ValueOptions We are a panel provider for ValueOptions. General Motors/Delphi employees and a number of other companies’ employees mental health/substance abuse benefits are managed by ValueOptions.
	Magellan Health Services BCS is a group panel provider for Magellan for State of Michigan Employees.
